COMPANY BENEFITS
Although Plasticorp is a relatively small company with only 150 employees, we are proud to be able to offer what we feel are some of the best benefits in our industry. Employees are eligible for both medical and dental coverage, particpation in the company sponsored 401(k) plan, and a number of different bonus programs.


United Healthcare
United Heathcare is providing its Choice Plan medical coverage to Plasticorp for the second year in a row. Under this plan participants can see any doctor, even a specialist, without a referral. Although this type of plan is normally reserved for large companies, we have negotiated to make it available to all of our employees.

Kaiser Permanente provides Plasticorp with a second choice in healthcare for those employees that prefer the HMO approach. Kaiser maintains facilities throughout Southern California and can usually provide most services from one convenient location.

Pacificare In addition to health insurance, Plasticorp offers dental coverage through Pacificare for those employees that are interested in a nice smile.


Pan-American Plasticorp also provides a company sponsored 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan. Employees can elect to have a portion of their earnings deferred into the plan. The company offers a 20% match on a portion of the employee's contribution and participant's can choose from a number of top quality mutual funds in which to invest. All employees that are over age 21 and have at least six months of service are eligible to particpate.

Bonuses The company also offers a variety of different bonus programs. Some of the bonuses are awarded on a company wide basis and others are tailored to reward certain employees or groups of employees for meeting performance related goals.
