United Heathcare is providing its Choice Plan medical coverage to Plasticorp for the second year in a row. Under this plan participants can see any doctor, even a specialist, without a referral. Although this type of plan is normally reserved for large companies, we have negotiated to make it available to all of our employees. |

Kaiser Permanente provides Plasticorp with a second choice in healthcare for those employees that prefer the HMO approach. Kaiser maintains facilities throughout Southern California and can usually provide most services from one convenient location. |

In addition to health insurance, Plasticorp offers dental coverage through Pacificare for those employees that are interested in a nice smile. |

Plasticorp also provides a company sponsored 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan. Employees can elect to have a portion of their earnings deferred into the plan. The company offers a 20% match on a portion of the employee's contribution and participant's can choose from a number of top quality mutual funds in which to invest. All employees that are over age 21 and have at least six months of service are eligible to particpate. |
