DESIGN ENGINEER
The design of a tool is arguably one of the most import steps in the process of producing quality parts. Time and resources spent developing a solid tool design will pay off in the form of fewer modifications before production, shorter cycle times, simpler processing parameters, and fewer repairs. For this reason, we work hard to recruit qualified, motivated design engineers that can help us design and create tools on time and on budget. Our design engineers work primarily with CadKey, SolidWorks, and MoldFlow. However, most importantly, we need good designers and any candidates with 3-4 years of experience, regardless of platform, are encouraged to apply.

MOLD MAKER
At Plasticorp, we already have 10 Class "A" mold makers in our tooling division but we still have more orders for new molds than we can build in-house. We are looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our tooling operation. This includes candidates with traditional mold building skills as well as those with experience in CNC and MasterCAM. We offer top pay and benefits. In addition, we recognize that building a quality mold is a team effort and we encourage our mold makers to participate in the design phase of each new tooling project. By doing this, we can eliminate many unforseen difficulties with the actual production of the mold and we can ensure that it will be built on budget and that our customers will get quality parts on time.
