Focus: Pad Printing

Summary: Pad printing is perhaps the most common secondary operation performed. There are a multitude of different types of parts requiring some sort of printed lettering, logo, or design.

Our secondary operations team has years of experience pad printing many different types of parts. They have developed the extensive knowledge of inks, colors and techniques necessary to apply a high quality image and, most importantly, make sure it lasts permanently. For example, the image applied to a stovetop knob must be able to withstand any number of cleaning agents that might be used in the average kitchen.

At Plasticorp, we utilize a number of different printing machines including our Printex dual head/two color machine with a computer controlled rotary table. This machine is capable of some of the highest quality and fastest printing in the industry.
